How often do you make it to Disney World? I have been 3 times in my life...as a kid, as a teenager and as a Mom of 2 boys (2 and 5 at the time).  After the last visit I told myself we had checked the box on visiting and would be Disney free for a few more years.  Except a couple months later I saw a friend’s cruise pictures and asked her what this Disney cruise thing was and so began my “Disney phase” without being a Disney World lover.  

Favorite DCL destination? Castaway Cay by far, my family (grandparents, kids, husband included) all love going there, the beach is perfect for all ages and it feels like you have the day to yourself.

What is your favorite Disney travel experience? DCL!  I enjoy visiting new places and will continue to do so, but with that comes some unknowns even with reading hundreds of reviews (will it be clean, how will the service be, will the room work for our family?).  With the DCL experience you have a level of service you can rely on and that can take away a lot of vacation worry, plus the shows, movies, activities and funnel vision don’t hurt either :). After our first cruise we proclaimed it the most enjoyable vacation any of us had had in years.  

What should guests remember when visiting the parks? Decide ahead of time what type of experience you want.  Do you want to see everything or prioritize a few rides and spend the rest of the day as you want?  There is no right answer so try not to compare to what you saw someone else do.  Also, pack a cheap poncho or 2 and comfortable shoes!
