How often do you make it to Disney World and Universal Studios FL? I try to make it at least once a month, but that is typically on the low side! It’s usually several times a month.
Favorite DCL destination? Having been on 26 Disney Cruise Line sailings, our latest cruise, the May 2023 13 night Disney Dream Eastbound Transatlantic Cruise was by far, without a doubt, the best vacation we’ve ever taken. The Disney Wonder Alaskan cruise in Sept. 2019 is a very close 2nd to our favorite. Words just cannot describe the beauty of both cruises.
Favorite drink in the World Showcase? I actually have several: most of the Margaritas from La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion; Espresso Martini from Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in the Italy Pavilion; Grand Marnier Orange Slush from Les Vins Des Chefs de France in the France Pavilion.
What should guests remember when visiting any of the theme parks? Take it all in and notice the little things. Have patience and, most importantly, have fun!
What’s a quirk you do when visiting the various parks? I try to take unusual pictures, or at least from different angles. It forces you to look at things differently and often provides beautiful views.
Do you do volunteer work? I do! I returned to volunteering at Give Kids the World in early 2021. It’s a location that’s near and dear to my heart and love every moment I’m there!
